We have used blinds on-line a few times now and every time the service and product have been excellent. I love the way you can have free samples sent to your home so you can try before you buy. I would be very hesitant to order any blinds online without knowing what I was going to get. We ordered blockout roller blinds a few months ago and just 2 weeks ago (mid January) we ordered a sheer Roman blind and it has arrived already! I asked Destiny in customer service if there was any chance of getting it delivered asap as we have our house on the market and she must have pulled out all the stops! It looks amazing , I love the fabric and the colour. Their prices are really reasonable too and the product is great quality. Keep up the good work!

Great business offering custom made blinds without evening need to leave home or make an appointment. They send out material samples for free to make sure you have the colour right. Made quickly and a good price

So I decided to try blinds online to replace my current bedroom blind. I went onto the website picked something I liked then the site requests the width and drop of the blind required. I carefully measured my current blind and entered the information. They then took my money and eventually sent me a blind 30mm shorter than the width of what I ordered and measured. I then called them and they asked for a photo of the blind next to a measuring tape which I sent then I get a reply saying too bad. They apparently have some other mystical way of measuring blinds that isn't spelled out on their site and now I'm stuck with a $400 blind that doesn't fit and they don't return emails
Or calls. Do not use this company! I've done many new builds and renovations and I'll never use these guys again.

For our new apartment we ordered some blinds for our living room and bedroom. As I have never installed blinds before, I was quite anxious installing them myself, however, budget was sticking its head around the corner. We ordered some samples and were happy with the quality and colours. So we placed our order.

So, after calling them about 3-4 times with various questions, I am confident to say they are professional, efficient and very informative as well as willing to help. When I was measuring, I wasn't sure which part of the window to measure so I took some photos and they were happy to help. When our blinds arrived, I wasn't sure what screws to use so they suggested which types to get. When our blinds didn't fit we were devastated! But they were empathetic and immediately told us how to fix it!

We went out to the showroom to look at the product and were happy so we placed an order. Being a bit of a princess, and incapable of measuring anything, I opted to get Blinds Online to come to my home to measure, which was lucky because I had got it wrong, and then a representative came to fit the blinds as I can't use power tools either. There were extra costs for these services, but they were well worth it and the cost was still much less than outfits like Spotlight.

We ordered the actual blinds online. The process was simple and well designed and their staff were very happy to help, even checking my order for me to ensure I entered the measurements correctly. The sample packs were really useful too.

We are so happy with the blinds. They have made an amazing difference to our large kitchen area in terms of how much the room heats up on hot days and improved the overall look of the windows. I can't believe the difference it has made to the whole house. The standard of service we received from all the staff was exemplary. Nothing was too much trouble, everyone was very personable, willing to give advice when asked and generally helpful and kept us fully informed of the progress of our order. We used the online search to find just the right combination to build the blinds that suited our kitchen and study. It was really easy and intuitive.

Once the order was finalised, we were given a two week delivery timeframe. Well, they under promised and over delivered - the blinds arrived within 8 days. It took me an hour to put it all together and the blinds are up and looking great!

We really appreciate the fast, easy service and hassle free delivery (you can't begin to know how good it is that a vendor finally complies with a delivery whilst not home note!!). They look fantastic and are the perfect shade, colour and shape. They look perfect. Won't go anywhere else for blinds again!

They forgot to motorise one of the 12 blinds I ordered and unfortunately I didn't notice their error until my handyman was installing them.
The blind had to be motorised because its over 5m above the floor & difficult to reach as there is only glass to rest a ladder on.
Sure they replaced the blind but I incurred $400 cost to get the handyman back with the scaffolding on another day! When I requested compensation they offered $200 but then decided the had no obligation to compensate me at all.
I've lodged a complaint with Fair Trading.

We have bought about 15 Blinds of varying widths and lengths from Blinds Online. Not only is their fabric and colour selection massive, but the ability to order very wide or long blinds is excellent (not many places would or could fill our order, for this reason). The prices are excellent (we compared the total cost of all our blinds, with quotes from 6 companies - blinds online was over $1000 cheaper), and the quality is simply outstanding. We have now done 2 houses of blinds from this company, and now we don't even look at other companies. I simply cannot speak highly enough of them. Prompt, well prices, excellent service, great selection, beautiful quality.

We bought the double honeycomb blinds for the back sliding doors of our house. We noticed instantly how the house feels much warmer now. Recommend them.

I was a little hesitant about doing the measuring myself but instructions were clear and easy to follow - you can have them come and do (extra cost) if you wish.

Needed a blind that was outside their size range, so emailed and received quick, informative and friendly response.

Blinds arrived - a week earlier than they estimated - and were absolutely perfect. Delivered by courier and left on the doorstep as I had requested as I knew I wouldn't be home. Easy to install - all done in a couple of hours - everything needed was included in the box (again, you can organise to have them do this if you wish)

ADVICE: if you are measuring yourself, do it 3 times to make sure it's right!!

Overall I would highly recommend this company - they were efficient, knowledgeable, helpful and delivered exactly what I ordered. Wonderful experience and I will be using them again.

In late June I picked up 4 honeycomb blinds from blindsonline. 3 were floor to ceiling north facing windows where the sun in summer just streams in making it unbearably hot and a smaller kitchen window that gets equally hot, so needed something that would block the heat.
I started on my research looking for something and contacting a number of companies that could help. I kept coming back to blindsonline mainly because of the cost and also for the number of swatches they sent out. To save on the cost you had to install them yourself
Now we have had one of the hottest summers on record, let me tell you about these blinds, I chose honeycomb because of the aluminium channel that is a complete solar block. If you entered my house you could swear i have aircon which I dont. I have a fan that doesnt get switched on until 7.30pm at night. The house is wonderfully cool and am getting ready to orderanother 4 honeycomb blinds to cool of the south facing windows. If you are looking for blinds of this nature I highly recommend blindsonline and the honeycomb blind which has come into their own. Also I have done my research on blindsonline and can vouch they are the cheapest.

Wow! Wow! Wow! What a fab company for all your blind and curtain needs. Free sample materials sent to your door. Choose the material you like, measure your window and order online. We had a large window in our study we needed a blind for. I had put off ordering from a store because of the expense. Blinds online was so reasonable. They sent me free sample fabrics for me to choose from. I measured the window, put the measurements in online and choose the finishes I wanted. The blind was delivered to me within 10-15 as stated. I got a lovely phone call the day before to tell me it was being dispatched and they were willing to leave it outside if I wasn't at home.
The blind was really easy to install, taking about 15 minutes and I got an email giving a link to online instructions.
Before you look at any other company, look at blinds online, they were fantastic.

On a new build with many window coverings needed, I order an initial order to see if I liked the product and service. Order was for Large wooden Venetians and roller blinds for French doors. Service was friendly and very helpful, on-line ordering was simple and follow up on ordering and deliver was great. If you are looking for new window dressings, I would highly recommend you contact Blindsonline. I researched some other companies, online and local, and they simply couldn't compete with the prices or quality.

The materials used are excellent and the installation was so very easy. The follow up service was the best I have ever experienced.

I found their website to be the most informative and upfront. There were no hidden costs and the cost of freight was very reasonable. (Even after freight I saved over $400 on what the blinds would have cost me from a “discount” retailer.)

I was initially nervous about buying this sort of item online, but it turned out to be less hassle than going through a local shop, and if you are unsure, you can order samples or talk to the wonderful staff to see if ordering online is for you.

I will definitely be shopping from these wonderful people again, as will my Mum after seeing the great results!

I found this company online and was rapt when I worked out the prices for our new roller blinds compared to a few other quotes that i had. It worked out we were saving hundreds of dollars for the same thing. We were building at the time and that really helped our budget.
It was pretty easy to measure ourselves, we certainly didn't find it difficult.
We were able to get samples of the colours first so we could match our wall colours and these were free.
We got our blinds about 12 days after ordering, hubby put them up without too much effort. They look great and I can't complain about any of it.
I highly recommend this website to anyone that isn't scared to measure yourself, trust me it's worth it.

A friend put me onto this website and boy did I save some money. Don't for one minute think that by getting a cheaper price that you will sacrificing quality. Our blinds are perfect and am really impressed with them. Very well made. The staff were brilliant when I had a few questions about measuring correctly, as I was frightened that I would get it wrong. They were very patient with me and made some great suggestions that I hadn't thought about.
I have a few more windows to cover and when I can afford it, I wont think twice of buying from them again.
