This is a purely online business, this must happy all the time.

It is ridiculous there is no mechanism in place to sort this out.

I spent over $500 on this blind and now have to throw it out.

Don’t use these guys, they are terrible. Website is awful and confusing. Not user friendly with information hidden so you can’t see everything you need at once.

These guys were supposed to install only eight lights. They didn't show up on the day as planned, waited till 5pm, then I called. Rescheduled for the next day, and they showed up. Couldn't complete the job. I had to buy extra lights to be delivered and installed on my own. Lights arrived and couldn't be installed without qualified electrician. I returned the lights for a refund. Weeks later, four phone calls later and still nothing, yet they insisted on taking my money up front!

We were at the Beaumaris Kids Company and like others, I should have listened to my instincts. Huge staff turnover, neglect of my 7 month old (was bitten on the face) and never the same staff member to hand our baby too. The manager is the same one who was at Sandringham and she was never there. Not for the orientation she booked me in for and rarely at any other time. Half the time I was handing my bub over to the cook. There is a reason they aren't full like the other centres in the area.

I am posting on behalf of my brother who had a negative experience at this dental surgery. He went in to see one of the female dentists with a very sore wisdom tooth- obviously needing removal. After attempting for around an hour to remove the tooth- he was told that she could not remove the tooth and that he would have to be booked in with someone else for five days time. Unfortunately my brother continued to bleed and wound up requiring emergency care and was able to have the tooth removed quite easily but another dentist at a another surgery. We are not only disappointed with the service and care received we have also followed up with the ADA and AHPRA. I believe you should think twice or thrice before attending this surgery.
