We have just installed blinds in our house. Firstly the salesman was very helpful and informative. The blinds are great and the installer was excellent. He was efficient and was very clean. I would recommend blockout blinds to anyone. So impressed we are waiting on a quote for other windows. I also liked how they kept us informed at all times even what time the installer was arriving.

I purchased zip track blinds for my back deck and chose Blockout Blinds after meeting and gaining quotes from 3 blind companies. I chose them on the basis of my dealings with their consultant (Daniel) who was very good, he provided me with a competitive quote (not the cheapest) and had a clear understanding of my needs and had the ability to answer any specific queries with regards to the installation. In addition the 10 year warranty gives additional peace of mind. The timeframes provided were accurate and I was kept informed on the dates of the installers movements, inc pre measure. The installers (Steve & Cowly) arrived at the agreed time and we're obviously clearly aware of the job requirements and very professional in their execution. In addition, they advised and demonstrated the blinds operations and maintenance requirements. I look forward to years of enjoying the new blinds and would highly recommend Blockout Blinds.

The Installer is friendly & tidy. He cleaned up all the mess. There was a tiny part missing on our blind which we didn't notice. The installer told us about it and things was settled within a few days. Quite please with that!!

I ordered my 3 external blinds. Notified the Blockout Blinds in writing that I changed the colour of the weather boxes. They acknowledged my changed. They finally installed 3 weeks later than promised after you must pay in full up front for your order or they will not install. They installed the wrong colour weather boxes and left a mess all over my front door step after being promised that the installers would clean up after the installation as that is part of the service.

After numerous emails and phone calls I am still waiting 6 months later for the error to be rectified. They have blamed the error on an ex staff member. I have had contact with Blockout Blinds twice since that particular staff member has left and they still did nothing to rectify their error.

I have finally had contact from Blockout Blinds after writing a nasty email a week ago. I have had a promise they will fix BUT I am not happy. It should not have got to that stage.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!
