My order did not arrive on the day it was scheduled to. phone line always busy and disconnects you. online chat they boast is instant, once you get a live operator they literally ask for an order number then say nothing more. basically offers services they cannot fulfill. tried to offer me store credit at the cost of the delivery fee but refused to refund.

I have used Bloomex in the last two weeks. Birthday flowers to business address in Brisbane did not get delivered until five days after delivery date. They promised delivery every day but were full of excuses and further promises. I was told: The order was delivered at 8:20 pm and no one was there at the business when there online details claim that businesses will be delivered between 830 to 5 pm, that the driver had a car accident, that the flowers were not delivered from their warehouse, that Sherwood was not in their delivery area, the flowers would definitely be delivered the next day with a significant upgrade, that they only deliver Tuesday to Saturday, no Monday deliveries in Brisbane. There were so many phone calls and emails. The flowers are couriered up to their Brisbane warehouse from Tuesday to Friday and then couriered from there. it is no wonder the flowers are in such poor condition. Requests for refund were denied, so I went ahead with delivery option. Never again.

I ordered long stem roses and teddy, chocolates for the arrival of my daughters baby. Paid for same day delivery approx $105
I received a text saying they could not deliver that day and the problem would be rectified along with an upgrade for the delay.
Next day no delivery, called hospital, called Bloomex who said delivered. Hospital staff found flowers late that evening at the loading dock unattended and wilting.
Decided to share my experience with Bloomex and posted on their site but have been completely ignored by this bungle. Also I did not get long stem roses as ordered and paid for but an assortment of mixed flowers of lesser value.... was this the upgrade? Do they really care about customers?105

Wish I had read the reviews before proceeding with an order and if I could give no stars I would. Pathetic service.
I order a beautiful bunch of sympathy white lilies and carnations in a wicker basket on a Monday morning . I quickly received confirmation they would be delivered the following day, along with a sympathy card with a heartfelt message inside as I requested. On the Wednesday I received another email saying there had been a delayed and the problem would be rectified along with an upgrade for the delay. I rang and a woman said the fault lied with the courier service and they were in transit. She said she would check where they were in transit and get back to me. She didn't. The funeral was on Thursday. The flowers eventually arrived Thursday night (too late) along with a blank card and no upgrade. The flowers were almost dead and nothing like what I had paid for and ordered. They looked very cheap as well. Talk about a blatant rip off. I complained and sent them a photo of what I had ordered and what was actually received. I also included a photo of the blank card. My first complaint was ignored and on my second email I received a generic 'sorry, they couldn't/wouldn't refund and offered me $20.00 towards another order. " Absolute Jokers." Steer clear...Do not use. I'm so disappointed and angry.

This should be ZERO stars. I ordered flowers and chocolates for my friend's birthday on 1 June. I ordered them three days prior and paid $91. Today is the 3rd of June and still no flowers. They are blaming the couriers and will take no responsibility at all. They generously offered me a $30 voucher for next time but I told them what to do with it as there will be NO next time. If anything does arrive it will be mulch! AVOID!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
I ordered sympathy flowers on a Sunday night to be delivered on Monday, they then changed delivery to Tuesday, but the flowers never arrived. After numerous phone calls and emails you get no where. My flowers were sat in s courier van for 3 days and yet are still not delivered.
Customer service assured me after 3 days in a courier van the flowers are fresh!!!!
I zm totally embarrassed thst my flowers haven't arrived so it looks like I dont care to the recipient who just lost her husband , but the flowers that eventually may turn will also be dead!!!!
All customer service says is they are sorry..
Well not good enough...
Will not refund me and just want to pass me on to the next customer service person

I wouldn't recommend the company to anyone they do deliver 5 days late... They over charge and are pathetic and add extra charges...this has happened 4 times cost was $77 but ended up being 120 they should be reported to the police..my mothers dayflowers are at an airport in brisbane what a sham..u r a pathetic company..

Terrible experience. What you order is not what you receive. Below standard flowers! I ordered a supersize designer bouquet and received a bunch of small flowers. Will never use this company again.

I would NEVER EVER recommend this company" BLOOMEX" for flower delivery....first order for a 60th suppose to be delivered on a friday....delivered the following Tuesday and half dead!!!!!!!! then got a credit as they dont do refunds....ordered for a retirement for today.....they delivered yesterday and they look exactly like the photo for a $70 bunch plus delivery!!!!!!!! look nothing like what I ordered and here is their response...........Dear Katie, thank you for your email. We apologize if you were not
completely satisfied with the flowers. We have had a look at the photo
you sent and the flowers seem to be intact, maybe just in need of some
minor hydration to perk up as is the norm with any flower. Usually, the
bottom of the stems should be cut and the flowers should be hydrated for
several hours, most flowers do perk up beautifully. After, this
procedure must be repeated every day. Unfortunately with the
transportation issues, the flowers are dehydrated when they arrive. Once
these steps are taken the flowers will be fine. Kind regards, Bloomex Team. Followed their recommendation and the next day 4 heads fell off flowers and they looked worse. Followed up with 2 emails and 2 phone calls....they hang up on you and continue to refuse to connect you with a Manager, only offer a new bunch to be sent....but no refund....and their flowers are really bad and not value for money. They are rude on the phone and refuse to acknowledge that there is a problem .
