I ordered (expensive!!) flowers for my mothers birthday to be delivered the next day, and was charged an extra fee for the privilege.

The flowers did not arrive for two days after the day they were supposed to (ruining the point of birthday flowers!). When they did arrive they came with the regular post in a carboard box. Who delivers fresh flowers in a cardboard box?! The flowers were wilted and already dying as they had probably been left in a box for days.

I have asked numerous times for a refund but they continually refuse!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY as they are scammers with no customer support.

I purchased the "magical mixture - deluxe" which consists of pink / purple colour mix of Lilies, Roses and Alstroemeria and what was received was a mix of red and yellow Lillies, Roses, geranium and whatever else, which was dumped on the door step without notification.

I have tried to complaint to them about the service, and they have said that they couldn't get the right flowers, so put something together as an alternative and on reviewing the photo I sent, they like the bouquet provided, but they would give me $20 store credit for my next purchase. Utter back-hand service.

They give the generic reply to these reviews, but they do not correct their actions.

If you don't care what you are provided, go with them, otherwise, shop elsewhere.

I order a basket for my mother for Christmas, when I open the box the smell of rotten fruit filled the air. The basket looks nothing like the picture even though those fruits are in season. The apples were soft and the pears were damaged. Had to throw half of it away. When I complain they kept saying there was nothing wrong with the basket. How can they say that from a picture that it looked lovely and fresh? Never had trouble with the flowers but I will never order again.

TERRIBLE. Scam?

After ordering flowers for an 80th birthday I realised a few days after the delivery date that I never got a confirmation email to say they had been delivered. It turns out they were never delivered and I wasn’t even informed. I had to chase THEM, which was incredibly difficult. They do not answer phone calls or call back after leaving messages, there was no response on their webchat (after being told I was next in the queue for over one hour), and their email responses were slow and very generic. They eventually told me they could re-deliver them the following week. I told them the event had past and that I wanted a full refund since they did not deliver the service I had paid for. They kept offering me store credit which obviously I did not want. I had to email them multiple times and threaten to take further action to eventually get a refund. I’m guessing they would have never been delivered if I didn’t follow this up. I don’t even know how this company is still in business.

The worst part is, this is the second time I have used them and the same thing happened a year ago! I stupidly forgot and used them again. Last year my flowers were not delivered on the date selected and I still don’t know if they were ever delivered!!

Worst service ever.

Bloomex delivered the wrong gift baskets fro a very special birthday. This was very upsetting. I called to complain and was told to organise a courier if I wanted to return them. They have to be joking. No apology, no help, and the girl was actually quite rude. Still waiting for a response from my email, including pictures of the wrong baskets but have not heard back. I feel like I have wasted $150 for things you can buy in Coles! I don't think this will be resolved - too many complaints about this company, with the same issues.
Stay away from Bloomex.

After a problem with a delay in the organised delivery date as requested in my order. Bloomex were most apologetic and even arranged an extra delivery of flower with bonus chocolates . I am so appreciative of this token and the flowers were excellent. I have a very happy partner, Thankyou Bloomex. Regards Clive from Newport NSW

I have been the recipient of flowers from Bloomex as well as a customer. The bouquets that I have received (roses and mixed floral bouquet) were both beautiful and well presented. I recently ordered a bouquet of gerberas on their 70% off special. Amazing value! Delivery fee is not too bad for same day delivery. My friend received her bouquet of bright, large gerberas later that day and loved them. I am very happy with Bloomex and their flowers. Excellent value. Decent bouquet delivered on same day for under $35. You can't ask for better than that.

Took payment and failed twice to deliver any flowers, only offer a store credit which they want to again charge a separate delivery fee on. [redacted due to inflammatory comments]. Should be banned, NEVER USE USE THIS COMPANY.
Now are trying to not give a refund. Appalling.

Bloomex worst online florist......
Ordered flower for my wife's birthday. Paid extra delivery fee to make sure it will arrive on the day. Instead 5pm on the day I called the 1800 number to ask where the flower were, a man answered with very noisy background. After checking, the guy advised the flower will be delivered at 6. We waited and waited at 630 I called the number again. Answered by a lady, when I told her what had happened, she just said sorry it would be delivered next day and she hung up without any notification... Seriously WTF. I called back five times and no one answers any more so I went on their live chat. Immediately someone asked how can they help. But when I told her my flower did not arrive, the person left the chat without saying anything... the next day I called the place twice, and each time went to voicemail. Email was send as well.. no return calls or return email... and when I got home at 6. Still no flower..... the worst online experience ever, and they call themselves the real florist of Australia, what planet are they on? Such a scam, their website was so good, with all good reviews. Without hesitation I ordered, thinking it couldn't go wrong.. how wrong was I. Later on tonight I did a little searching and I found one of my best friend also used their service, exactly the same scenario.. Man I don't know how a business like this is still operating.... please share this and save anyone else from suffering the disappointment and the frustration of chasing their money back...the feeling of failure when you are trying to surprise your loved one is just something I don't think anyone wants to experience..
