First I have tried the food of the Blu ginger at another branch at Canberra. I like the food at there and that's motivate me to visit the castle hill branch. The food was really good at both branch. I have visited few times.

depending on what you order the cuts of meat can be a mixed bag. I like chicken, yes even in curry much to the dismay of my boyfriend. But you cant go wrong with chicken where as beef can be really chewy if not cooked enough

I tried out this restaurant in Castle Hill and was very disappointed. I ordered takeaway and the staff were not overly helpful. When it came time to collect it, half of my order was missing with no apology. Based on the prices being higher than other Indian Restaurants in the area I had expected high quality food. Unfortunately the meat was very poor quality cuts and the curries were bland, so much so that they tasted like microwave food. Very disappointing. I will not eat here again.

Great place. The food was delicious and great quality. The service was faultless. Beautiful modern decor. A pleasant dining experience at a good price.
