had a couple of external hardrive that were not reading, although unsuccessful at getting any material off them due to equipment faults,Hess did not charge me for his time and efforts.
will definitely use their services again and recommend them to all

I was having an issue with Outlook and spoke with Hess, and he was able to check the integrity of my system remotely and correct the problem to my complete satisfaction. I have no hesitation in recommending his services to anyone that owns a computer.

Would highly recommend Blue Mountains Computers to anyone. They are not only professional but go above and beyond the call of duty. They are happy to share their knowledge and suggestions even before a sale and always give an honest opinion. Am so thrilled to have them as our local computer shop I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Got to tip my hat to Hess at Blue Mountains Computers in Springwood.
Great guy, and exceedingly helpful yesterday when I went in, all tragic-like, with my "brand-new" modem, which had been fried in last evening's electrical storm up here.
His guidance meant a quick and easy remedy, and we're all back online and happy as.
We even had a bit of time to chat dogs. He warmly invited me to bring Smudge into the shop when he saw her sitting outside - so obediently, but looking all woe-is-me-ish. Heh heh

I had a mechanical problem with my laptop - the '6' pad had been dislodged. Several people had a go at reattaching it, without success. Hess did the trick, and refused payment. I'm very grateful to Hess for fixing what was a most annoying problem.

Can’t speak more highly of Hess at Blue Mountains Computers! My laptop was SCREWED to put it nicely. It had viruses’ on top of viruses and I hadn’t been able to use it for weeks. Hess was able to identify the problem and fixed it in a matter of no time at all. It is now working better than ever and he has given me the direction on how to prevent this from happening in the future. The service was efficient, reliable and most importantly the best value for money.
