I had purchased a Cudo deal for Brazilian and eyebrow hair waxing and left bitterly disappointed by the experience. It took me at least 8 attempts to try to make an appointment, and when an appointment was finally made and I arrived at the store, it turns out that the admin had recorded the time of my appointment incorrectly (they had also called the previous Friday asking where I was- I did not make my appointment for that Friday but for the week following). The only girl present working there was a trainee who tried to accommodate me by slotting me in between clients, however the entire process felt rushed and I was forced to leave still partially covered in wax. Would NOT recommend.
