The food at bona vita is always nice, bit pricey. But food is always pretty quick to arrive as most of their customers come here before seeing a movie. Menu has changed a few times recently but overall friendly staff and good food.

I have been to this restaurant once before watching a movie with a girl friend. We decided we would have coffee and cake. It was of a good quality but a bit expensive for what you got.

To be honest, I wasn't expecting too much...I don't know why!! But we went before a movie, and they made sure our meals came in time so we wouldn't be late. I had a steak, which was awesome, cooked perfectly. My husband had a chicken parma, which he said was a bit dry, unfortunately. Overall, service was good and the prices were great (especially given the portion sizes)!

Bona Vita are good for what they do which is service reasonable meals quickly in time for the movies. It wouldn't be a fine dining experience by any means, but the menu is a good mix of traditional standards and some decent specials. Service varies from quick, friendly, professional and attentive some nights to can't catch the server's eye to even order a drink!

right next to Reading cinema, nice food, fast, friendly, HUGE portions and very kind, I can't believe no-one recommended them to me yet! Asked what time our movie was to ensure we didn't miss it. Great range menu.

The service was great. Greeted and Seated straight away by friendly and helpful waitstaff. The food was great value and tasted lovely. They had a great selection to choose from and beautifully made coffee to follow! The whole atmosphere was buzzing with an energy, however as movies began to leave the cinema the place did become quite packed.

The staff was just lovely and the food was excellent and came out really fast so we could get to the movie on time. I would truly recommend this place AAA+

The staff were lovely and very accomdating to the children. I have been here a number of times and the food is always nice. It is particularly good for a girls lunch, or a date night.

Bona Vita is a great place to have a meal before the movie. It has a lot of italian styled foods, and a great range of pizzas. However, you can get great meals at a reasonable price. The staff are all friendly, and there range of cakes are too die for!

Use again!!

This is the kind of restaurant that has been missing in this area. The staff are always friendly and know their product and the food is great! It's licensed, value for money, close to home and tasty - what more do you want? And it's right next door to the cinemas, so it's great for 'date night'.
