I was offered a "no obligation" photo session that I had "won" by entering at the Home Show. They did my make up and took 3 different styles of photos. I like 2 of the styles, but the first style was awful. When it came time to see the photos, they explained that the package was $4000. I was stunned!!! I told her that I couldn't afford that, so she worked out a new package at $3800!! I kept repeating that I just couldn't afford that kind of money, and for the next half an hour, she ignored everything I was saying, just trying to sell me thousands of dollars of pictures! She was so pushy. I decided not to buy anything because of her attitude and then she became very rude and unhelpful. It was definately not "no obligation". I understand that they have expensive premises, but the photos just aren't worth the ludicrous money the're asking for them. You can get much better value and the same quality pictures in a lot of other places. The photo shoot was nice, even if the photographer was quite cold towards me (even before I didn't want to buy her pics). But the attitude later was atrocious. I ended up getting one picture on a disk and even then they were rude, inflexible and money-grabbing about picking it up or getting it delivered. I would definately not recommend them to anyone!

Flat out, if you need a present, or flowers, or a cheer me up experience, this is the place to go. Service is amazing, presentation is amazing, the range of products is amazing, and you will never find a present so beautifully gift wrapped anywhere else. Just lovely. I find excuses to go there!!!

Good food, good service! Nice surroundings. I can't fault anything specifically, but it's got that pokies, TAB vibe about it. It's not quite classy enough to be a bistro, because in the background you can always hear or see the Pokies. But it's good for a lunch or an after work drink.

Always busy, and it's easy to see why. Good, fresh food, reasonable prices and a great selection. Service is great, food prep is quick, and guaranteed you can find something yummy for lunch in there.

Ok, so it's really expensive, but the experience is amazing. The food is beyond delicious and so fresh. The wait staff are exceptionally knowledgeable and really help with the menu!! The wine list is extensive and expensive, as is the food menu, but let's face it, you don't go to a world class restaurant in Southbank and expect it to be cheap. I would happily go back and pay whatever they like!! It was one of the best meals I've ever had!!!!

The restaurant could do with a spruce up, but the quality of food and the service makes up for appearances. It's not 5 star dining, but the portions are huge and the food is soo yummy. Waitresses are great, funny and personable. The prices are great too!!

To be honest, I wasn't expecting too much...I don't know why!! But we went before a movie, and they made sure our meals came in time so we wouldn't be late. I had a steak, which was awesome, cooked perfectly. My husband had a chicken parma, which he said was a bit dry, unfortunately. Overall, service was good and the prices were great (especially given the portion sizes)!

Dr Baxter is amazing. Awesome customer service, really caring and highly professional. I cannot even start to describe the positive difference to my health that Dr Baxter has made. I will never go anywhere else!! He has fixed what doctors couldn't/wouldn't.

Quiet, private, romantic and absolutely everything had been thought of!! Lovely little touches here and there, like a massive DVD collection, plenty of magazines, a guide to local restaurants. The cottage was set in a little garden of it's own, and we felt completely relaxed and like we were miles away from everything, even though it was really only 15 minutes from home!!! Great brekkie supplies and an awesome spa too!

The first time we went, the food was good (not great) but the service was sooo bad. A manager even abused a waitress in front of everyone for no reason. The second time we went, the service was still soooo bad and this time the food matched it!! The salad was old, the Moussaka was bland and my husband's food was inedible. We complained but they just didn't care. Maybe we've gone on 2 bad nights, but we won't be back for a third try.
