Had a horrible experience here. A cancellation fee of $45 is ridiculous. Especially with over 48 hours notice. And absolutely no cusomer service. Avod at all costs

Massage did not last as long as it was supposed to, when I brought it up with management they didnt seem to care too much.. however the 30 minutes that my massage did last, it was great.

Massage started 15minutes late and went for 35mins, not 45. Management is rude. Masseur was ok. Would definitely not recommend this place to anyway. Seems plenty of other reviewers had the same experience.

Really unsatisfied. Had booked a 45min massage, and had to wait 5 minutes when I got there. After 30 minutes a staff comes in to give me a "consultation" which wasn't part of the booking, which simply was a way to try to sell massage packages. The effective time of a 45min massage was just under 30 minutes, and only my back an half of one leg was done. They seriously need to rethink their business model as it's no way people will sign up for more if the first appointment is this bad...

Absolutely no customer service! Tried to bully me into buying a group deal. Got a voucher from groupon for a 45min massage, I waited for 15mins and halfway through they left me for over 10mins! So tempted to walkout halfway through. Don't waste your time or money!
