Had an appointment at 3:40pm today and realised other people coming after me went in for consultation . This prompted me to ask reception as they forgot about me . Had to wait till for another thirty minutes when they could have morally out of principle treat me first before the new patient just came in .

While very few doctors here could be described as attentive and competent, the majority cannot be described as such.
I have had very poor pain management (not even asking what level of pain I am suffering), exceptionally long (50+ minute after booked time) wait times, a doctor that spent more than half my consultation time on the phone , asked very few questions relating to my visit was only inclined to prescribe pain killers that I have previously been on but which are of little effificy. I highly recommend this service to my worst enemies!

I am writing this review on one particular doctor and not the medical centre as I am very very happy with all other aspects of the centre. My gripe is with Dr Zhong Xiong Wang. I have taken my son to see him a couple of times and I have been upset with his bedside manner.

On the last appointment, I went to get a spot checked on my sons head because it looked like it was getting bigger and darker and he refused to look at it and said "you have no proof that it is changing. Come back when you have the photos to prove it." He was also really eager to see another patient and kept on looking out the door to see if the patient was there. He spoke so fast because he wanted to finish with me to see someone else that I didn't understand half of what he was saying and he was out the door before I could ask any questions.

He also recommended that I put my baby to sleep in the car seat (capsule) at night to help with his cough. This is not recommended by the SIDS foundation because it increases the risk of SIDS. I can not believe he recommended this!!!

He also also said to me as I entered the room without even looking at my son "Oh I know what the problem is here, you are a first time mum" but actually I was referred to the doctor by the maternal health nurse.

As you can tell I am furious with this doctors behaviour and recommend that nobody see him!!! It was a complete waste of time and tax payers money because I then had to go and see another doctor to get some answers.

Waiting times here are quite long as its usually very busy. good place to go if you have a problem and dont mind the wait time. Located in boxhill.

this i would reccemoned this medical centre is clean,helpfeel,happy,and allways nice and all staff are helpfeel like i said before and i would deffernetley teel a friend.

Not a bad clinic but you could be in for a long waiting time. You could be waiting over an hour for an appointment. Clean clinic though and good doctors.

Very very busy surgery.
The doctors are reasonable, Dr Malek is thorough and I would recommend her.
Fantastic for the asian community with most doctors being from China, suits the area well.
I have been coming here for a few years but it is getting too busy, and the wait times can be up to an hour, even with an appointment. Looking at changing to a different service.

I see Dr Malek and she is caring doctor. She is friendly and takes time to understand the problem. I would recommend her to anyone.

i have never been to a more helpful doctor before. i have had many really positive experiences at this medical centre.

This is the place to come if you have any medical issues, I've been there a few times and they bulk bill everything and you don't have to wait an hour in the waiting room before every visit. Staff and doctors are friendly.
