Ordered boxes online, they were delivered two days later. I wasn't home so the lovely driver rang me and we arranged where to leave them. Excellent quality product and I will be back for more very soon

Ordered a 'full house' shift full of goods, and it arrived when I was not home. I was contacted and we negotiated about where to place the goods. When we arrived home, all goods were accurate and protected and perfect for the shift. I was able to get certain bvoxes that was perfect for certain parts of a shift like the mini clothes boxes and the really tall box that fits lots of unusual bits and pieces that are hard to pack. Well done to the business - just what we needed and we have done more than 30 shifts so we know boxes!

Quick and very easy to order packaging goods online. Pricing was very competitive compared to other business. Descriptions and measurements of various cartons was excellent. Delivery was very prompt.
I found boxes direct online but I was not sure about the sizes and I called their customer service number. The lady who answered my call was very helpful and she processed my order straight away. The order came as scheduled. I'm very happy with the products and service that they provide.

Ordered boxes for moving online. Much cheaper and more convenient than going to a storage company (even with delivery cost). Boxes were just a as good quality. Very, very easy ordering online and quick home delivery made it all round a better option. Would definitely use again and recommend highly to others needing boxes for a move.

We had three deliveries of boxes and packing materials for moving house. The website was very easy to use with a great selection of options and plenty of information and checkout was a breeze. Deliveries were all fast and the materials delivered were excellent.

I ordered from Boxes direct after comparing prices with several other companies. They arrived surprisingly quickly and where exceptional quality. My only issue was the the image on the website showed plain, non-printed boxes which was my preference because I wanted to use them as shipping boxes, however the boxes came printed.

I bought packing boxes from Boxes Direct online, I received my parcel in less than a week, I did not open the parcel for approx 3 weeks, on checking the contents I discovered 2 boxes less than I ordered and paid for. I emailed the company that evening and received a reply before 10am the next morning apologizing and informing me they would send out the 2 boxes ASAP....I received the boxes the next day. Excellent customer service.
I ordered some boxes last week and there was some confusion with the courier. I would like to bring to your attention the excellent customer service I received from staff in your WA warehouse. They were most helpful going above and beyond in ensuring I received my boxes on time.

I ordered strong packing boxes for moving from Boxes Direct online, which was very easy and straightforward, and good value as well, better than I could get locally.
However an inferior, cheaper quality of the 2 sizes of boxes I ordered was actually delivered, although I did not realise this until the deliverer had left, and from the delivery docket I realised the boxes had been delivered by a subsidiary.
Therefore I sent an email to Boxes Direct and also a copy to the subsidiary explaining the mistake and asking that it be corrected.
Well, the response was immediate from Boxes Direct, with the promise of a full replacement being assured ASAP as well as the offer for me to keep the original boxes as well.
The correct boxes did arrive 36 hours later.
I got the feeling that Boxes Direct will have had words with the subsidiary.
I was delighted with the friendly and immediate response. Mistakes happen, and working with subsidiaries can be tricky. Boxes Direct is obviously trying to give an excellent service, so I really do recommend them.
