I was definitely ripped off by BP heating and cooling. I called them out to repair my mums evaporative cooling system. They said the control unit was faulty. The repair man was ok. But unfortunately they charged my mother $1042.20 for a control unit which was a total rip off. The call out fee was $330.00 for inspection and cleaning of the unit.. In all my mother had to pay a total of $1372.20... I found the control unit from a local supplier for the price of $749.00!. How can they justify this price. Surely they would have got the control unit for the same price or cheaper. I tried to contact them 3 times and justify this price , but no answer, i left a message to call me back but they never did, it went to voice mail which is vey unprofessional.
My mother is struggling pensioner tying to live within her means. living from pay check to pay check.. Shame on this company. How do they sleep at night.

Friendly and efficient service. Brodie and Jye arrived on time, fixed the problem with a new snorkel and cleaned the unit. Very impressed with their honesty when I accidently gave them too much money and they returned it before leaving.

He was punctual, ensured the work was exactly as I wanted, did a very professional job and left no mess. Price for the installation was in line with other quotes. I have no hesitation in recommending and would use again.
