I have placed and received several orders from Brands exclusive. My orders have always arrived within the time frame and any queries have been answered promptly. The sales offer excellent value and they have a good range of things. The only downside is not being able to combine postage if you want to order things from different sales on at the same time.

Great products at really good savings. Always deliver well before expected dispatch date. In over 80 orders I have had one item not available & promptly received a refund and a $20.00 credit along with an explanation email.

brandsexclusive is by far the best discount designer shopping website there is. The sales they hold are excellent, the prices are amazing and their service is second to none. They usually deliver earlier than expected, but if there is an unnecessary delay or a product is subsequently not available they communicate quickly and often provide generous compensation. I buy all my kids clothes from them.

Bought some absolute bargains for the kids, but discovered after I'd ordered that the whole process of shipping takes a long time.. Would have been happier if I'd noticed that before placing the order, still, it was a bargain and I saved more than 50% on standard retail

Bargain city! I have saved hundreds of dollars using this website. Wonderful selection of sales and top name brands daily. The only downside is postage can take a few weeks, but for the savings made that is a small price to pay.

Have made several orders via this website. All products so far have been fantastic & the prices & savings are well worth the effort. Yes the delivery time is slow but they are up front about it so you know what you are getting in to. Will definitely order through them again and again.

Have purchased a few things on here now. I did just return a pair of boots as it was faulty. I emailed support not expecting to hear from anyone for at least a week or so but got a response within the day regarding returning my boots and felt it was very easy to do.

There are some seriously worthy deals on this website, I have for example purchased an $80 foundation from the Belle Pierre brand, for only $30. Shipping does take a few weeks though, but it was worth the wait!
