The shop has nice atmosphere. It is always busy on the weekend. bread is absolutely nice! Friendly staff.

Brasserie bread makes some of the best bread that I have ever eaten. I went here to meet a friend for lunch and I came out with single origin bread, milk buns and croissant. The toasted sandwich I ate was simple yet tasty. Their single origin bread tasted so amazing, that my mum and I ate the whole loaf that day. The best thing that I liked here, was the fact that they can slice your bread, this saves having to awkwardly cut the bread with a knife. (Easier for sandwiches)!

I went on a sat morning for breakfast. Fresh juices sqeezed on the spot, egss and sauce on a sourdough, beans home done in true tomatoe sauce and cheese with bacon sandwich. We were all impressed but it is not cheap and the one thing missing is the smell of bread cooking in the building. Bread was displayed but my nose could not find a trail back to the cookhouse which I missed. Nothing like the fragrance of fresh bread to make you feel good. I did not find chairs comfortable was my only criticism and I loved the thought of classes which I gave a gift to a friend who enjoyed them muchly

Artisan bakery making some delicious goodies not found in your run of the mill bakery. They have hands on baking classes for adults and kids - I've held 2 birthday parties there for my kids and everyone loves it.

I attended a bread making workshop. It was very well organised, very hands on, great value for money and lots of yummy samples both there and to take home. Highly recommend to anyone interested in learning to make bread at home.

Despite the long queue, the food is a worthwhile wait. Do go early as they usually run out quite fast, especially during the weekends.

The best coffee in Sydney, coupled with superior range of take home bread, in many different variety's.The staff are extremely friendly, the location is perfect with plenty of parking.

Awesome bakery which offers great food & great coffee as well as training schools for both adults & kids. They have also just started doing kid's birthday parties - cool!
