I phoned Breadwise at Ivanhoe on Tuesday 30 April to place an order for 18 bagels to be collected the next day at around 1.30pm. The next morning at 10.30am, I received a call informing me they had forgotten the order and had no bagels left.

The girl who rang me was very cheerful about it, saying "sorry about that but there's nothing I can do about it".

This is the second time they have let me down with a pre-placed order. The first order I placed with them resulted in them providing half my order.

If you plan to place an order at this place be sure to follow it up with a reminder phone call early on the day you plan to collect. If you're relying on Breadwise in Ivanhoe, you would be wise to have a back up plan.

AMAZING bread! and awesome chocolate muffins ;)
ever since i started buying Bread wise bread i simply cannot have it from anywhere else. i used to shop at bakers delight and thought that was good, but breadwise tastes so much more fresh and flavoursome and it is organic! 10 out of 10 for this product!

Approximate cost: $4.5

This place is good but not as good as bread top cause its not as fresh which means its not worth going to if you have a thick wallet!

Breadwise have just donated Tasty, Mouthwater and Organic Muffins to a super supported employment service in Greensborough called Apollo PArkways Ironing Service, run by Churinga Employment Support Service (St John of God Accord). The guys loved them so much that Breadwise in Diamond Creek are going to provide the muffins regularly. Talk about great service and 5 star Quality adn 5 Star Service! Thanks Breadwise!

i find this quite amusing seeings as though the only reason why Bread Top bread looks fresh and shiny is because it is PACKED full of sugar and preservatives.
breadwise at least tastes fresh and its organic so 10 times as good for you.

I used to work in this little bakery so I can confidently say that its very clean and is also home to some of the best "healthy" breads going around. Though its a bit pricey its well worth it when you bring home a fresh loaf of bread. The savoury pastries are also delicious and I would suggest the lemon muffins! Oh and the staff are generally young and friendly and willing to chuck your pizza slice in the microwave for you anytime. Just make sure you pop in early cos all the good stuffs gone by the arvo.

Approximate cost: $4.80
