I am very pleased with the service I received from John recently. My computer had been performing very slowly, to the point of freezing up. Considering that this sort of problem can be labour intensive, John offered me the option of bringing the computer to his home, stating that this would save me money. He kept it overnight and I returned to pick it up and pay him. After returning home and using the computer, there were still a few minor glitches. When I phoned him, John came over to my house and spent an additional couple of hours tweaking the machine.....at no additional charge. It is working fine now. John is extremely knowledgeable, very obliging, and his prices are fair and well worth it.

Its been several months since John sorted out my computer. Its still running just fine.
I'll definitely be calling John for any computer problems in the future.

Meiling was a pleasure to deal with and the birthday cake was a pleasure to eat! Always available and easy to communicate with, Meiling made a beautiful cake and delivered it to my door. I will be buying again.

I phoned Breadwise at Ivanhoe on Tuesday 30 April to place an order for 18 bagels to be collected the next day at around 1.30pm. The next morning at 10.30am, I received a call informing me they had forgotten the order and had no bagels left.

The girl who rang me was very cheerful about it, saying "sorry about that but there's nothing I can do about it".

This is the second time they have let me down with a pre-placed order. The first order I placed with them resulted in them providing half my order.

If you plan to place an order at this place be sure to follow it up with a reminder phone call early on the day you plan to collect. If you're relying on Breadwise in Ivanhoe, you would be wise to have a back up plan.

I called Kevin for a very small job - repairing a hole where a pipe entered the house. He attended very promptly and did a speedy and excellent job. Only charged $50 which I thought was more than reasonable. He seemed very efficient and knowledgeable - I won't hesitate to call him again.

I called Peter to get some advice regarding some previous work improperly done (not by Peter). It had now become an insurance issue. Peter could not have been more helpful and explained everything I needed to do to remedy the problem. He even called me back later to see if I needed any further advice. Thanks Peter; I wish more tradies were more like you.

I called Rick on Wednesday morning to see if he could repair some water damaged carpet. He arranged to call in on Friday morning to see what he could do. He arrived on time and did the job that day. You cannot see the join unless you are looking with a magnifying glass. I will certainly call Rick again if I need any other carpet repairs.

Rita and James are an extremely pleasant, hardworking couple who have done a fantastic job on my front and back garden. I called them to do a "cleanup"..... "makeover" was what I got. The front and back garden has never ever EVER looked this good. I have booked them to do regular maintenance and would never use anyone else now. I am thrilled with what they have achieved here.

Bill from Woodys replaced some windows and removed an old air conditioner for me. The property is quite a way from where I live, so I mailed Bill the keys - he went and had a look and called me with the price. Bill then did the job and mailed the keys back to me. Efficient, helpful, friendly and totally reliable. I wouldn't hesitate to call Bill again.

I had a huge amount of garden waste to get rid of and got a few quotes. I went with Nathan from Reliable Rubbish Removers because he was the cheapest. I think he was probably also the best! He arrived on time and did the job very efficiently. He even raked up the loose stuff and took a couple of other things for me. I was very impressed and would definitely call him again.

I found Sandy when I needed someone to clean up a particularly messy deceased estate. She met me a couple of days later - on time and got started that day! The finished result was brilliant. Sandy isn't afraid of hard work, went above and beyond the call, was always available when I called and charged very reasonable rates.

To describe her as a cleaner would be silly - she's a miracle worker. If you need her to do a bit of painting, gardening, selling out the contents of a deceased estate, moving house, or helping in any other way, she is more than willing and capable.
