We purchased a townhouse off the plan from Brentwood Homes. Great savings on stamp duty and would recommend it to anyone. My one word of CAUTION would be BUYER BE AWARE!.

Expect delays for moving into your new home (4 months). Then you will get charged rent from the builder because you have no where to live. You can not settle yet because the Local Council is being very picky on the builders work.

Yes this is the world that we did live in when buying a house. Brentwood Homes customer service or LACK of it is something that i am totally lost for words. Dont expect return phone calls or emails in a hurry or at all if you are lucky.

When we did finally move in and there were many faults in the house that we had asked very nicely to be fixed. Some of the faults were fixed after enduring many phone calls. There are still faults that need urgent attention that we are still trying to get fixed with no response.

One word of advice try and get some back ground information on your builder. Go and have a look at some of their work. Not display homes as they get extra attention to lure potential buyers.
