Bad behaviour is not acceptable. If you aren't prepared to sell a car, don't be a salesman! Dimmy was nothing but rude and condescending to me, and wouldn't even provide me with a price because I obviously was not worth his time as I was not buying that day.

I found the sales service here fantastic. The salesman was available when he said he would be even though it was a busy day. The car was ready to go as promised and we were treated more like welcome guests than customers. I could say this is because we were likely to pay a large amount but if that is so then other dealers could take lessons from here.

Service has also been great with the team getting the car turnec around quick for my wife who had to kind a baby whilst she was waiting.

The exception was the last service which was less than satisfactory. Firstly when booking in they claimed I needed the 80k service and argued with me when I said we had only done 60k. Then they said we had missed a service when we had documented proof we had not. Finally when I asked for an estimate of cost they only quoted the parts so I got a rude shock when I got the bill with double the cost due to labour.

I am hoping this is one off as if there is any sign of this for the next service we will be going elsewhere.
