Absolutely do not do business with these removalists. They have ruined our belongings, cost us a lot of money and when we applied for reasonable compensation, were downright rude, unprofessional and I believe had the audacity to lie. Having them investigated by the Victorian Consumer Commission and the bank is rescinding payment - save yourself the trouble and the extra money and hire someone else!

I engaged Brilliance Removalists in Melbourne to move my father from a unit to a retirement community. They did an excellent job and their rates were really competitive. They 2 guys worked extremely hard in very hot conditions and went way beyond what we expected to make sure that the move went very smoothly.

This is my second move with Brilliance and I am still impressed. I moved from a apartment with very steep and narrow stairs. They turned up on time, with a warning phone call 15 minutes before they get in my house. They loaded the truck faster , I appreciated that they were careful with everything. It all went very smoothly.

The boys that moved our house were fantastic from Bendigo to Point Lonsdale. Our furniture was well packed and nothing was too much trouble for them, they arrived on time and were very professional.
