If I could give less than one star I would. Service tech has now come twice to do NO work. Oven leaks water and steams, doesn't cook food. He informed me that's how ovens work. Contacted Blanco who's oven it is who obviously responded no that's not how ovens are supposed to work and sent instructions to the same tech to fix. Meanwhile Blaco dishwasher also not working correctly - filter pops out every second to third wash and stops the arm moving, hence a vast amount of gunk remaining in dishwasher and not washing correctly. Obviously brand new dishwasher - shouldn't have to fit the filter every single wash. Same tech came out and said "filter isn't in properly". Uh yeah that's the problem, we fit it and it pops up after a wash or two. His response? No that's not happening - you're wrong. Filter is fine. I explained it to him five times, [Redacted inflammatory comment] so I said so it's going to be like the oven then? I have to contact Blanco so they can tell you how to fix a problem you claim isn't there? Oh the attitude on this tech, well he works with ovens everyday for 15 years. Bully for you. I've cooked every day for 26 years - I'm pretty sure I know how kitchen appliances work. And fitting in a dishwasher filter isn't rocket science, it's not a hard thing to do.[Redacted inflammatory comment] Utterly disgusting service.

Absolutely do not do business with these removalists. They have ruined our belongings, cost us a lot of money and when we applied for reasonable compensation, were downright rude, unprofessional and I believe had the audacity to lie. Having them investigated by the Victorian Consumer Commission and the bank is rescinding payment - save yourself the trouble and the extra money and hire someone else!
