They are fast and know how to do their job right. They make the moving process stress free and on top of that the charge is fairly reasonable. I went back to them for more services.

Fabio and Daniel were excellent they were friendly they worked fast and were extremely careful with our things my wife is pretty fussy and she was so impressed the way they wrapped our furniture . Danilo was amazing very friendly and punctual. I had to have a few stops and it was no issue at all. They were very efficient and careful and they were also very thorough. I will definitely use them again :).

Claudio and Thiago did a great job! Punctual, careful and thorough. Nothing was too much trouble, even the solid timber furniture and needing to come back to do a second run and finishing at 6pm.
Thoroughly recommend them and intend using them again when we shift again next year.

The team from Brilliance assisted us in our move from Leederville to West Perth. The removalists were very polite, careful and efficient. The price was excellent too. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Unfortunately what you are saying is not true. When you booked the job with us you order a truck with two guys but during your removal you received a call from your real estate that you need to leave the house by 12pm so you called us and order another truck with one man to finish the removal by 12pm. The second 10 ton truck worked 3 hours and we just charged extra $210 what will normally cost $360. You mentioned that the management advised them to walk out but it is not true due to we always get the payment when we finish the job because we work as hourly rates and we do not know how much will cost until we finish the job. Unfortunately we can not send extra truck and one man to work for you for free. After we finish the job you paid the amount without any complain. After more than two weeks you came back from overseas holiday and said that you were not happy with the amount charged and asked for the refund what was never mentioned during the removal.
