Brasilian team Claudio and Thiago

I'm a single mum and hired Claidio & Thiago to do all the heavy lifting for me while moving house. I found them to be very perlite and fast with what I needed to be done. They where also gental and found no damage to any of my furniture. Although hiring remotest can be expensive with their quick work and very little effort from my self it was worth it and had very little stress while moving. Thank you boys!!!

I've moved house quite a few times but I've never had such skilled removalists carry out my move before as they did last weekend. Brilliance removals were very punctual and took great care of all of my furniture to make sure nothing was damaged. Even my heavy and fragile artwork was specially wrapped and handled with extreme care.

I would like to especially thank the Braziiian champions who helped me move on this occasion, Claidio and Thisgo team! You two were amazing. These guys lifted heavy and bulky furniture up through a narrow, winding stairwell. We didn't think it was going to be possible to get some of the furniture up the stairs but these guys achieved the impossible! Thank you so much for everything. You truly made my move stress free. I will definitely recommend you to anyone who needs a removalist and I'll be giving you a call the next time I move (which hopefully isn't for a while).

Sure you can read all the bullshit about customer focus etc. Often you are just looking at a sockpuppet review. Full disclosure I have nothing to do with this firm. I am a Geologist. I have been in Customer Service all my life and I know it can be a thankless task. It can seem grim. As In "I f@ck one lousy goat" . The guys never would be making any goat nervous. Below is the email I sent after the job that explains my thoughts - didn't even get a response.

Hi,

I just wanted to give some feedback about our move today.

At first all went well, then after emptying the first load at our new house the truck broke down at 1:45pm. After calling a colleague they got the truck running again at 4:15pm. Before then I spent about an hour of my time helping to try to jumpstart the truck with my own car and discussing what to do about the rest of the move.

I then met them back at the house we were moving from and went through the rest of the items to be bought over. This includes some big pieces of furniture, quite a few pot plants and some other smaller items. I clearly asked the boys to bring all the large and heavy items first and if there was room to put the small things on, but otherwise I could take them in my car. I had to go back to the new house after that to help give my children dinner and put them to bed.

I was very disappointed to go back to the house tonight and find a dining table had been left that I specifically asked be bought over. There were also the 3 largest pot plants left there and a large terra cotta pot. I am now in a position where I will either have to hire another removalist or a ute for the dining table and at least one of the large pot plants, as neither will fit in a car.

The reason we decided to use a removalist was that we have 3 children under 5 and wanted the move to be the least stressful possible and over by the early afternoon. I also wanted to use a removalist for the heavy items I would have difficulty doing myself or be unable to fit in the car. As it was the move wasn't finished until 7:30pm (9 hours for a 3 bedroom house), my family and children were put under a lot of stress with the break down, I had to spend my own time helping to try to get the truck started and there are still items left at the house that I can't move myself and won't fit in a car.

I understand trucks break down sometimes, but no discount was offered due to the inconvenience and I am now going to have to spend more money and time finishing the job.

I feel I have been taken advantage of and would appreciate it if you have the kindness to either refund me part of the cost for the job or send someone to finish it at no extra charge. The boys were very nice and I would have been willing to leave things be if it was just the truck breaking down, but to have the job not finished really isn't fair.
