He did call to advise he was on his way, but almost 3hrs later than had been indicated. Then charged me a call out fee even thought he was working local to my area, as I had removed the appliance and removed the access panels he did not need to even get a single tool out of his gear bag, took a quick look at it and confirmed what I believed to be the issue. So for less than 20 minutes on site and no actual work performed I was charged $120. He called next day with price for the part, during this time I had found a place interstate that would supply and ship to me overnight for around $20 less that the price he quoted. Part arrived next day am and I had it fitted in less than 20 minutes. This is one of the main reasons why we have become a throw away society. So, no, I can't recommend this one, well not on value for the price at least.
