Went looking for one of those new ant proof trays to put the food dishes on outside,for our cat.
Quite a big store but needs updating,I felt like I was in a 1970 shop.
Lighting needs to be brighter.
Aisles need to be sorted out evenly and not,higgelty piggelty.
I expected prices to be cheaper than Big W though but were higher on a lot of items. If im paying $800 for a cat or $1700 for a dog then Im going to a breeder not a pet store.
Service was just basic.
We found the tray for $21.95 after a little searching.
This is a great tray,we usually have to fight the ants when we leave food for our cat during the day outside but using this over 24 hrs now and not one ant has reached his dish of food. Brilliant at last.
You can also use the trays,different sizes for storing sweet stuff on to keep ants away or for,cakes at parties and bbqs safe.
I find this store a little outdated on the inside . Outsides a nice blue and you cant miss the place .parking is next door at the skating rink

My daughter wanted a baby budgie, so I rang the pet superstore at Stafford unfortunately they didnt have any at that time but they took my number and said that they would ring back when they did, A few weeks passed and I had forgotten all about the baby budgie, but me phone rang and it was the guy from the pet store, I was very surprised and very impressed that after so long they had remembered, we went down and the guy was great he found us a baby boy budgie, made sure that it didnt have a very strong bite as my daughter is only 5, clipped the wing and even gave us some food for it, he was lovely and chose the perfect bird for us, and all this including the great service was only $25

I visit this store for pet food and they have an enormous range of pet food, toys and accessories. Definitely worth a visit if you have a dog or cat. Staff are very helpful and knowledgeable.

I have been dealing with this store for the last 5 years as we have a lot of different pets - 2 dogs, 2 cats, birds and fish. Even though I have my favourites all the staff there are wonderful. They are very helpful and full of good advice. I have recommended them to many of my friends that have pets.

The staff were super friendly and there is such and amazing variety at the superstore. I like going here just to check out the lizards and snakes. It's always clean and tidy and they have a hydro-bath on the weekends too.

I own 2 turtles, the staff at this shop are very helpful. it is great that they are trained in reptile and marine life. they printed me a list of food my turtles should and shouldn't be eating, i also love going there as they have a huge variety of pet stuff for my jack russel

Plenty of staff to help, always friendly, heaps of different things to choose from. Many different animals from snakes and lizards to fish and birds and everything in between

This shop stocks a good variety of pet foods and various pet supplies. They also stock some live pets, and are usually able to provide advice when I require it.
