We had a contractor hit our pool pipes while undertaking nearby landscape work. I contacted National Plumbing and Gas, and they were on-site the next day to assess. The repair was conducted a few days later after waiting for the water table to drop to enable its repair. Their immediate response and repair was second to none. One week later, we are swimming in the pool again. Really appreciated your rapid response on this matter so our pool didn’t go green. Great work NP&G.

I have used National Plumbing and Gas for plumbing repairs for 4 of the apartments that I manage so far and I am extremely happy with the outstanding service that has been provided.

Natalie is a great first-point of contact for their business and she is always super friendly and helpful on the phone.

Stefan has been the plumber that attended for each of the four jobs and he has been excellent each time; very friendly, easygoing, competent and straight-up about the issue and how it needs to be repaired.

I originally chose National Plumbing and Gas as they were the ONLY plumbing company that I could find who gave me an approximate price on a job I had, over the phone - all the others say that they need to get a plumber out first. I once made the mistake of getting a different company out (who refused to quote over the phone) and their part was over $500 more than National Plumbing and Gas charge for the exact same part, resulting in me paying the call-out fee and then sending them away without fixing the job.

It's hard to know who to trust sometimes and when you have no plumbing knowledge yourself, people can take advantage of that, so I feel very confident to recommend National Plumbing and Gas to anyone and everyone as I know that they are an honest business with great business ethics.

Billy and Tim did a great job on repairing a drain pipe at our house this week as well as undertaking a check of our drains by camera.
Also Billy did a wonderful job installing a gas cook top at our place and providing a gas system compliance certificate a couple of weeks ago.

I have used National Plumbing and Gas for years. for large and small jobs around the house. Their quality of work is superb, great customer service. I will recommend them to anyone in Brisbane that is after professional gas and plumbing work done.

Billy came out to investigate a gas leak at our LPG tanks for us. He was very thorough and promptly replaced the faulty regulator. He also made some great suggestions to reduce the number of tanks on site and better suit my family's requirements. The work was carried out quickly and cleanly and quite reasonably priced. We will be using National Plumbing and Gas again for our next gas and plumbing needs.
