They never came to finish the job. After complaining few times they wanted me to pay in advance for the labor but couldn't give me a date, I couldn't trust them after few months of waiting, we used another company and had to pay a call out fee again.

You have messed us around for nearly a year back and forth. You ignored the quote sent back in November 2022, we reissued in May 2023 upon your request, even though your quote had been expired for over 6 months; as a gesture of good will.
This was still not satisfactory, and you continued to demand changes. You accepted the terms and conditions of the quote which states payment for parts and postage is required before ordering.
You did not pay for your parts, so we did not provide the part. The job was not completed because you did not want to pay. You state you cannot trust us, but we have attended your property on more than one occasion.

You only came twice and if you had stock, that you claimed to have in the van after when I offered to tell you what was wrong, you would have finished on the 2nd day. I asked you to send a quote/invoce for the parts only and the email dated on 26/05/2023 had no attachment. On the 11/05 I clearly stated I wasnt going to pay for labour in advance (especially when you couldnt book a date), again no quote. But obviously you wanted labour to be paid in advance. Anyway, I am here to say what happened and if you are not happy maybe you should have been more responsive at the first stage. You never followed up to finish the job. And like you wrote This quote/invoice expired we have reissued as a gesture of good will once payment is received parts will be ordered. but there was no quote attached. Anyway at least somebody else was PROFESSIONAL
