Brocky's Electronics

I recently had an intermittent problem with a Sharp convection /microwave. Being an automotive electrician I am well aware of how difficult an intermittent fault can be to locate. It would work fine but then out of the blue stop working and give an error code which indicated a wiring circuit issue. Brockys could not replicate the fault in the workshop but checked all connections and solder joints. They had 2 attempts at finding the allusive gremlin in the wiring but when it reared its ugly head for the third time in a week they didn't muck around, they advised Sharp that it was a lemon and that we should be supplied with a new replacement. I loved the layout of controls on this model but I had concerns that it might be a design fault rather than we just got a lemon. Brocky being the local service agent for Sharp advised me that they are generally a very reliable unit and that I was just unfortunate and he would suggest giving another one a try. Sharp, to their credit did replace it and the new unit has been working faultlessly for about 3 months now. I found Brocky and his lovely receptionist, friendly people to deal with and it made this experience much more pleasant than it could have been. If you have an electronic problem I would highly recommend giving these people a go. Ken.

I would highly recommend Brocky’s electronics for any musician that has or is having any problems with their equipment. In particular the work of Barry has been amazing and his attention to detail second to none. I had a intermittent problem which is always hard to track down and these guys were able to fix it and rectify the problem very quickly. Can’t fault the service great shop.
