Our Tucker-box freezer had stopped working the previous night & I drove around & finally got 2 large bags of ice to put in it as the food on top was half defrosted. I called "Budget at 9am next morning & he said he'd be around in about an hour or so. Louie turned up quite promptly and found it needed a new thermostat which he repaired in about 25 minutes & gave me a 6 mth warranty on that part & work done. What an amazing service and really friendly - I'd definitely recommend to anyone who needs urgent, reliable service. l

We had Tony come out to check our washer and new dryer and also to replace some hoses. Tony arrived right on time and very very professional. He fixed our problems very quickly and went beyond that to advise us on ways to improve our set up. His service was well priced and he was very friendly. I'd not hesitate to recommend him.

During the severe storm in Brisbane last week, we were out of power for 2 days. When the power was back on, the fridge wasn't working as the fan inside the fridge needed replacement. We called Louie in the morning and he came in the afternoon promptly, fixed everything for under $200! A few years ago the fan was also broken and we were charged over $300 by someone else, so this was great value!
