Some delightful "car owner" thought my car was a parking bay - anyway to cut a long story short, I was instantly without a car, Budget Rent A Car in Croydon North were there to help me straight away, the car was clean, before leaving the rental, the sales person went around the car, making notes on scratches and marks from previous rentals. They offer bonus fly buy rewards for renting their vehicles. All up, I was very happy with the service, and the cost budget rent a car offer. Thumbs up!

I've rented with Budget for 3 times. Bookings were always done online. The process is simple, they send out a confirmation via email after your online booking, and all you need is to collect on the day with the booking number. And they always deliver! The cars are clean and in excellent condition. They are friendly and open to special requests: I used a wrong credit card once, and they credited back the amt and subsequently I paid with another card. They did free upgrades for me all 3 times. All you need is to park the car and drop the keys at the counter. Will go back to them again. And their prices are better than the other prestigious car rental companies.

I've rented through budget twice now, and the cars have been in great condition, the staff were friendly and helpful, and they have the best prices in town. The only issue I had was the service was a little slow, and we had wanted to leave by a certain time. It hasn't changed my mind about using them again in the future though.

Told by Dealer that repairs on my car were gunna take 10 days - just one ph call & a car was witing for me. During the hire period, I was advised that repairs would take longer than expected - again just a phone call & extending the hire period was no problem.

Had a booking over the internet for a car for 1 day price $55. Got to Mackay airport where the person who was not at all helpful said it is wrong and it will cost over $100. Showed the paper work and she said nothing she can do the computer is down and she is not able to ring anyone. This is just pathetic service as we had the quote in our hands and they would not honour it
