Visited the Hatter and the Hare just before Christmas. They did a fabulous job in capturing the Christmas atmosphere. Although extremely busy at 11am on a Tuesday morning (to be expected that time of year) I watched a staff member help an elderly lady with a walker into her chair. He was patient and thoughtful. The food was spectacular and you can watch the cakes etc being made on site. A great family friendly restaurant, although a little on the expensive side, I certainly did enjoy the unique theme here. I hear they also have a Wizard of Oz themed Restaurant also that I'm keen to visit.

Team arrived on time (within the allocated time frame) to instal an air-con unit. They were polite, worked as a team, even cleaned up after themselves (removal of boxes) Had my welfare covered whilst drilling (creating lots of dust) Job done within the hour!

Absolutely love this place. But if your used to a BIG 4, this is not the site for you. I love the ruralness of this park. I do not know what the park is like during busy periods as we're sensible enough to stay away, but on the quite weekdays or weekend, its quiet and comfortable. The family dog is welcome and most times during the quiet season, we can pick and choose where we park up. In a tent at first we found that even on windy days, Cape Liptap provides the shelter from the south-westerly winds. Toilet blocks are a little old, but useable, however if its rained, its a little muddy walking back to the sight, if your not on the road plots. This doesn't put me off though.

Best Coffee in the whole of Knox. One particular experience over Christmas. A young man serving our coffee, accidentally spilt my coffee down the side of the glass and onto the saucer and offered to make another coffee free of charge. I kindly declined however the professionalism of this young man, especially during the Christmas rush was a credit to him. Always a lovely Latte from this particular cafe.

I do not even live in Mooroolbark and will travel the distance for the pizza this place produces! They are under going a shop upgrade, making the place a lot cooler for customer and worker alike. Their pizza's are AMAZING!!! Recommend asking for extra cheese on them though. The crusts are fluffy and fresh, the pizza is never soggy, always has a great taste and the toppings are generous.

Went to Natalia's for a catch up with two friends, first time vistors, all three of us so were unaware that booking a table was required, however, the staff seemed to turn this into a joke and place us at a table quite promptly. Service was pretty much as soon as we were seated. Food portions were enormous, however were able to be packed up into a "doggy bag" When payment was made, the guy at the desk was rude about all three of us paying by efpos. With each transaction over $30.00 He commented on how he is charged each time, I was shocked by his comments as between us spent well over $100 on food and drink and the matter of a couple of dollars in efpos charges would certainly be made back in an evening of service. Apart from his customer service, the place was overal nice, big open fire in the centre would be lovely during the winter.

It was a rainy day in Nelson's Bay and the hunt was on for a Chocolate Cake for my mother in law's 60's birthday. Bayz Patisserie had a lovely selection of cakes to choose from decorated for boys and girls, and ready to take away, boxed up. It was a lovely soft sponge chocolate cake with pink writing. For a great price also. Although not a place with the space for a "chat over tea" that's what the water front offers on a sunny day.

A nice place to buy all your pets needs, there a section for most pets. There are no pets sold at this store, so makes its a quiet, easy store to get what you need and get out. Very nice, smells and looks clean, responible price on most good and the best thing is that my little dog can go in and choose what she wants as pets are welcome in the store.

Have always had a good experience at this library, always some good books on the shelves, however the after hours chute is temperamental and upon telling staff this, they'd much rather tell you that its currently working fine rather than apoligise for the late fee the non-working chute has caused. Best to visit during opening hours.
