I love going to Bunnings and we generally always go in for one thing and come out with many more! The store is huge and sometimes it is hard to find what you are looking for but you can always find a staff member to ask. Plenty of parking. Always greeted with a smile when you enter the store. Plus the sausage sizzle is always an added bonus!

This Bunnings is relatively new and offers relatively good customer service and offers great prices all under the one roof. The selections are plentiful and sure to meet those handy jobs. Recently bought some periperal paint tools, ie rollers, masking tape, drop sheets and was impressed by price and the selection

I went there asking for a spanner for a sliding door which to me seems normal for a large place to have. I went looking and couldn't find anything, I asked someone and they just took me to the same place and just said "oh we are only selling what we have here" and walked off. I got more help from other customers helping me out trying to find one.

Great service from most staff. Generally very knowledgeable with good advice. Large range of quality products at a reasonable price. I'm always tempted to buy a new plant whenever I'm there. Not as busy as Marion or Mile End Bunnings and can always find a park near to the entrance.

We live half way between this Bunnings and the one at Mile End- benefit of this one is there is generally no one there, and you get the customer service people to yourself!

I needed to buy a fluorescent tube and asked for location. Assistant not only provided location but also information and advice that it would be advisable to buy new starter as well. Her advice was well informed and also saved me money on the purchase. When I checked starter at home the information was correct as old starter was no longer functional.

Bought a set of kitchen appliances from them for a new kitchen I was doing for a rental property for a cheap price. After 1 year the appliances have started to fall apart and I wanted someone to fix them and I found that they weren't under warranty any more. The products are horrific and the staff were unhelpful and put me on hold for 20 mins without any help and told me we can't do anything about it.

wanting to purchase a pump for my water tank and was not able to find assistant who could advise which pump was best for my purposes. I eventually found a pump but assistants didn't seem to know much about them - I had to make the decision completely on my own
