Terrible service from quote through 3 separate attempts to install roller blinds. Always late, always cursory and disappointing result overall.

The Salesman was polite and informative, the installer was polite and efficient - he checked his work before leaving and the blinds look great. The price was very competitive and the blinds were ready for installation within the specified time.

The staff were friendly and very helpfull in store. The fabric and blinds exactly what we wanted . The blinds gave our home a beautiful new modern look. The installation was done professionally and he gave very helpfull suggestions. Would highly recommend.

I have used Burns for blinds on several occasions now the most recent for 3 new screen doors for our home every time they have been excellent from the first phone call to the insulation. The only time we had a problem was when we had our houseboat fitted out with roller blinds and one was made too short, but they were so apologetic and had the new blind rush though and out to us very quickly. I can not recommend them highly enough

Used Burns for Blinds at Norwood a second time after being disappointed the first time with their quality control on their product. And was disapointed the second time.One blind fitted did not work, other blinds needed tention corrected but installer had no idea how to do it. Installer left with broken blind and I received no follow-up from the company. Went to showroom at Norwood and spoke to Insallation manager who didn't seemed that concerned that their company had failed me yet again, and that there had been no contact with me. Would not recommend them nor use them again.

Just had Aluminium Venetian's and Vertical Drapes installed at home, and the whole process was fantastic. Would particularly like to thanks the installer Jamie who was great.
