Very bad experience... DO NOT USE THEM. 

On 3rd November, we have placed an order with Burns for Blinds, with a total amount of $5478 for plantation shutters, we paid a deposit of $1648. We were promised delivery by mid January. The sales man was friendly, but once he's gone things have changed. 

The guys disappeared for two weeks and then showed up for measurements, and then re-disappeared  until the second week of February... No apologies for the delay or whatsoever.  They never called, we had to constantly call and get answered by rude persons.  

When they showed up two weeks after the delivery due date, two of them didn't fit, and the guy didn't fix them, we paid for the fixed once and were promised that the the "office" will call to solve the matter of the faulty ones.. They guy left and we NEVER received any calls from them.

Anyway, to make long story short, it's March now, they are still holding our deposit of $544 for the unfixed shutters, and the bloody shutters wont be here until sometime in April..

Awful experience, I hate that place and will never let any of their sales people step a foot in my place again..

We had a blockout blinds put up by them. The salesperson, Arthur, Was great. He was very helpful, understanding and very polite. He advised on what we should get and what we should stay away from. He went out of his way to get the blinds put up before christmas which was really nice. I am really happy with the service provided by them. He Rang on the night before the initial appointmnet, was at our place on time for the appointment, kept n touch after that about how far the blinds were and when we should expect an installation date and rang back after it was all installed to see if we were happy. great service.

Amazing quality, beautiful styles, lot's of choice. we have used burns for blinds for our last three houses and have been happy with them everytime. Great mobile service , Roger Ellis is wonderful so happy .

Initially measure and quote at investment property for vertical blinds. No samples were brought for me to choose a colour so I was asked to return the following day. Salesman didn't show up. When I phoned he explained he forgot he had his xmas party and forgot to call me but to come back the next day. The next day again he didn't show, I phoned again and no answer. 20 minutes later he returned my call and explained he wasn't feeling well, self inflicted from the xmas party. He assured me he would leave samples in the letterbox. Again nothing. I phoned head office however no one was available to complain to for 2 weeks. Finally got through to a manager 2 weeks later and he sent another salesman to do another measure and quote. Was given a slight discount but not enough to feel better about the situation. Another few weeks later blinds are finally installed however 4 were broken and wouldn't turn. Bad service bad quality I would never recommend this business!
