I have always found both the vets and vet nurses excellent. Very experienced, kind and willing to go the extra mile. To know I have them down the road 7 days a week and that any issue that arises with my best friend is handled straight away. I find their prices competitive too.

Dr Phil's kind, knowledgeable attitude toward our stressed budgie Betty was extended to us as stressed parents. We followed Dr Phil's advice and the change to the good in Betty Budgie in 24hours was amazing. No stress and friendly again. (us too). This is my veterinary clinic of choice. The staff are friendly and sympathetic and are extremely professional and evidently highly trained in their fields. I can speak highly of the avian vets in particular, they are extremely knowledgeable and go out of their way to help you. One even gave me the opportunity to give chemotherapy to my budgerigar

Couldn't be happier overall, staff very caring and go the extra mile. I have a terminally sick dog and they have done all they can to extend her (quality) of life including consulting with other experts.

Have cared for both my bird and dog. The vets are extremely knowledgeable and never rush an appointment although often we have clearly been over time.

We have a cat with a real mean streak. The vets are all patient and attentive to make her more at ease. One of the only vets that can get a pill into her!

I have a Rottweiler who is so excited to visit this vet clinic! The staff love him and treat him as one of their own. Despite the breed my dog is a big sook and it's wonderful that these staff can see his kind nature. They have been very helpful to assist with a difficult diagnosis of type 1 diabetes. They are local and the place is informal and friendly.

A fantastic vet clinic, with two bird specialists on staff. Everyone is very helpful, friendly and caring, and they have a fantastic range of bird toys for sale too.

These vets are great with birds. Our chook was cuddled and crooned to, she received royal treatment! The people skills however, were seriously lacking. We felt a bit intimidated and unwelcome. I would only go back if there was absolutely no one else.
