We have used BuyWise Inspections twice now. The first time was 3 years ago and we recently used them again. They were prompt, punctual and professional. The things they checked was comprehensive and where there were issues, the gave us advice on how to repair (or to leave and monitor) and how much it would cost to repair. It gives you peace of mind and no unpleasant 'surprises'. Well worth the money.

Friendly, efficient and trustworthy - Camille and Belinda were awesome. The inspections were very detailed, and the reports were available very quickly. They went well out of their way to fit us in to suit our very tight time-frame. We'll be using them for ongoing 6 monthly inspections. Highly recommend!

We chose Buy Wise Building and Pest inspection to do a pre-purchase inspection for our property mainly because they advertised on their website that they use specially trained dogs to detect termites. However, the pest inspected decided on the day that the property is not safe to use the dog. This is a decision that we totally disagreed and we complained. Buy Wise finally agreed that was an unjustified decision and refunded us half the pest inspection cost. If you are reading this review, I suggest you give them a try and post back to the community how you go.
