Early March we purchased a Fisher & Paykel front load washing machine in store at Camberwell Electrics as they were offering the best deal.
We took up the additional cost delivery and installation option and are very pleased we did. Steve and Bobby were not only on time, friendly and respectful, they went above and beyond to remove our 15+ yo Westinghouse and then clean the laundry floor before installing the new machine. Amazing guys, highly recommend this service.

Today Steve and Bobby delivered our new TV. They went above and beyond what they needed to do and helped us out enormously. They were on time, courteous and friendly. Excellent Service led by a great Dutchman, Hans, whose attention to detail and manner are exceptional. He is gifted also in hiring his unbelievably dedicated staff who smilingly (behind masks - their eyes smiled) served me. The air of positivity in this huge store was tangible. Thanks to Hans, Lillian (Qin Lian), Sonia, Lachie and Fab (who, ironically is a Veneto and looks SO MUCH like his nonno, my papa's (RIP) friend from the Veneto Club.

Excellent service. We were given a few days notice so could plan to be home and a phone call in the morning on the day to advise time of delivery. Steve and Bobby arrived as scheduled and delivered the fridge minus packaging, removed all the plastic/tape and set it up perfectly. They were pleasant and professional - very impressed!

Excellent service! I ordered a washing machine online but we need wait a stock, sales rep Lilian called me and confirmed the appro delivery time with me. We accepted the waiting period. Then the delivery team called me to organize the date and time for delivery. I thought they only deliver to doorstep BUT they installed and tested running for me ! Rob and Steve were a huge help with installing my washing machine. They didn't have to as I'd forgotten to select installation, but they were still happy to go out of their way to help get the machine into my apartment and install it for me
