Received 5 star service during recent lock down. My Janome needed urgent repair and service. Staff promptly returned my desperate phone call, machine repaired and delivered to my home in 10 days.

Terrible service experience at Camberwell Sewing Centre. After taking both my Sewing Machine and Over locker to be repaired I was charged a $100 assessment fee and told they both needed to be replaced. The explanation was that parts could no longer be purchased. Subsequently took both units to a repairer in Tunstall Square Doncaster East, who proceeded to fix both units for around $200. That repairer didn't supply any parts, but stated that obtaining parts for either unit would be no problem! What a rip off!

This sewing machine shop is one of the few proper shops for sewing ,achenes left in Melbourne. Run by a friendly couple, they have a large range various brands of machines, do services and repairs and have a selection of good quality cottons and patchwork fabrics.
