Very good gimmick, big portions and as close as you are going to get to authentic American diner food. Quality isn't great, which you could argue is just another notch for authenticity. Kitsch and fun, good for the kids. If you don't want to spend though, maybe just go to McDonalds.

Approximate cost: $15.00

If you would like to experience what it would be like to be eating in an American diner, then this is definately the place to go. From massive American style burgers, to the authentic root beer and cherry cola, you will not be disappointed.

I tried the "Big Heavenly Burger Challenge" ($26) when I visited which involved eating a double burger weighing 1kg and 600g of chips. It was an awesome burger but sadly I couldn't take the time to enjoy it as I was trying to finish the lot in under an hour to get my name on the wall!

Yes, I did finish it all but failed my goal of sub-30mins, clocking in at 38 mins

Approximate cost: $15/burger
