Waited 4 hrs to see a doctor- defeats my understanding of what a medical centre is. Bulk billed, which is great, doctor was average- only half listened then was ushered out of the door. Wouldn't go back- not worth the wait
Was not happy at all. Waiting nearly 40Min's past my appointment time. Doctor rushed me in and out. am seeing a different doctor now and wont be going back
this medical clinic is never on time. if you booked at 1pm, you won't able to see the doctor at least half an hr after so there is always the long wait. they also don't bulk bill so you have to pay up front and then claim it back from medicare. other than that, the doctors there are experienced and great

I think you have commented on the wrong surgery. We have always Bulk Billed all patients unless they do not have a Medicare card. In that case there would be a fee, but this would be paid after the consultation.

I am unaware of any patient waiting this amount of time. If this is correct, it most likely would have been on a weekend - when other GP services in the area are basically non existent. On average a 'walkin' patient waits around 23mins to see a doctor at this surgery.
