A fantastic experience. All consultants were happy to help and calls were returned promptly. All facets were discussed meaning that the holiday was an enjoyable and relaxing experience. Would definitely use them again when planning a holiday.

My partner and i went here for some ideas on where to stay on our trip to vanuatu. Whilst the salesperson had many personal photos to show to us, she didn't seem able to offer any perspectives on where would be a good place to stay. The office was so messy that i couldn't find anywhere to put my own paperwork when i sat at the desk- an average experience, the photos the only saving grace.

I have been here many times and the service, quality and friendliness of all of the staff is amazing. The price is quite cheap for the services they offer too. Well worth the visit- you won't be disappointed. Just make sure you make an appointment, it can get quite busy

An Ok hair experience. I went here as i couldn't get an appointment at my regular salon and needed a quick cut. The appointment was easy to get and the hair cut relatively cheap. In saying that, i am disappointed i wasn't told that having a dry was going to cost so much extra! On the upside, the chair to get my hair washed was extremely comfy. I am however a little disappointed that they don't do colour- i would have thought that was a regular salon offering, even for a place called just cuts...

An average hair salon- i walked out with ok results, certainly didn't get the overwhelming feeling of beauty that you should get when you walk out of a hairdresser. slightly disappointing, but not too bad.

I went here for an eyebrow was and also a bikini wax. I had booked an appointment but waited around 20 mins in the reception area whilst a young lady was unpacking cosmetics etc, then she eventually took me in. Whilst her professionalism couldn't be doubted, she was extremely rough and did not hold the skin taught and i ended up with bruising and pain both above my eyes and around my bikini line. I went here as they are supposedly an eyebrow specialist, and i was disappointed to say the least. As i was headed on a holiday the next day, the pain and bruising made things extremely tender to say the least...

I went in to get an eyebrow wax and although the procedure itself was ok, i felt a little disconcerted when the therapist started to discuss my skin, saying i needed a better skincare regime. I felt pressured into buying skin care and although the products were great, it ended up being an expensive eyebrow wax! The uncomfortable nature meant i probably wouldn't go there again

I went in to Ella Rouge to get an eyebrow wax and was so disappointed with the end result. My eyebrows were uneven and when i went back to get them fixed, i was greeted quite rudely. Not a beauty therapist i would visit again.

This is a great beautician which used to be named "Beauty on Rowe". Whilst it can sometimes be difficult to get an appointment, the beauticians are always professional and reliable and you can always count on a great result!

A true favourite of mine. Great clothing ranges- changing all the time. Brilliant prices and the ease of shopping around without having someone breathing down your neck (as you sometimes do in clothes shops). A must visit for all shop-a-holics like myself.
