I desperately needed our carpets cleaned urgently. I rang lunchtime 28th July and by 2pm same day I had someone out to do the job.
Karan was excellent and did a great job. He was friendly and very efficient. I can't speak highly enough for this young guy from India who has great work ethics.

Not happy with this service at all. I told the lady on the phone when booking that I would be at work and would leave keys in the letterbox and cash on the bench. I received approx 15 calls while at work in the day. The lady hadn't made a note so they were wondering where I was. Then, despite telling the man on the phone that the cash would be on the bench, I get sent an invoice with an amount due. Will now have to go over tomorrow to check if the cash was actually taken. ANOTHER job to add to the millions when moving.

So I rang last minute. I mean like the day before they came out to do the service. It was for a bond clean and I had forgotten to organize the pest and carpet cleaning stuff between everything else going on.
A letter showed up about the services these guys cover and they were absolutely great. They moved around other services to get ours done the following day and it was incredibly cheap. The guy organizing everything was really lovely as well. Very happy.
