We have used Cat Utopia for our previous 2 fur babies. With the need for last minute accommodation for our new baby Holly we turned to Cat Utopia wth confidence that they would provide her with a safe , calm, clean and mentally stimulating environment. I was concerned about putting her into care after only adopting her 1 month earlier, but I was reassured by the nannies that Holly was settled and updated on Holly’s progress throughout her stay. When Holly returned home she settled in straight away. We will continue to use Cat Utopia for Holly’s future holidays. Bronwyn & Lindsay

My cat was well looked after
She was in beautiful condition when I picked her up
When I dropped her off she was not a social cat.
She now comes to me for cuddles and sits on my lap

My cats came home and were never more loving and calm after a holiday! They were obviously well treated and while they obviously missed me, they didn't need to give me the cold shoulder first before expressing that love.

I left my cat George in the care of cat utopia recently
I was worried he might not settle in as he is a bit of a lad in personality and likes his routine at home . He was a stray several years ago and has not had any changes since then
After 8 days in care with CatUtopia nannies I picked up George and found him to be calm and obviously groomed daily as his coat looked lovely with no moulting fur
He was happy to see me and on the ride home he was very calm while watching the rain pour onto the wind screen
He had no issues when we got home and straight into his usual ways
I noticed every day for a few days at certain time he wanted interaction with me maybe for that lovely brushing and show of love and attention which he obviously got from the nannies at cat utopia . Thankyou nannies .
Cat Utopia sent lovely photos of George to me half way through his stay and he looked happy and relaxed
I have bordered my rag doll cat at Cat Utopia in the past and now I have had George in their care too
I’m so lucky I found cat utopia to leave my fur babies with
I have peace of mind knowing the ladies look after my cats beautifully and this is reflected in my cats behaviour once back home from their stay there

Booking was easy, the ladies were extremely helpful and walking in, it was clean, friendly and very calming for our skittish rescue cat. We booked the classic sweet and our girl was very well behaved and ate which we were surprised but very happy about.
Picking up was a breeze too.
We will be going on a longer holiday in the new year so I’m completely comfortable leaving our girl with the ladies at Cat Utopia.

Shelby is great, back to normal and following me everywhere.
We are absolutely so happy with your service, I’m sure he keeps asking to go back and get spoilt.

We recently boarded our elderly cat "Pusscat" at this facility. Without any doubt or hesitation this will be our only place I would ever board my cat. The staff were amazing from the initial phone call to pick-up , even following up with a TLC call when we returned home.
He came home immaculately groomed and completely content. I cannot recommend them enough

Amanda & The nannies were very understanding as it was the first time our cat would be away from us. She is only 9 months old and she had a good holiday at Cat Utopia, therefore I would highly recommend leaving your fur baby there. A first Class holiday for your cat.

I can not recommend Catutopia highly enough. Amanda and the nannies were so accommodating and loving towards my furry kid. Nothing was a bother for them making our relocation to QLD easier and worry free. A service worth every cent.

Cat Utopia is BRILLIANT!! I would not leave my cats with anyone else. The nannies are friendly and attentive, the facilities are fantastic and I always feel comfortable leaving my boys in their care. Cat utopia's service is always 5 star!! My cats are always happy and relaxed when they return home.

I'd give them more than 5 stars if I could! We just picked up our cats from a 3 week stay, and we are super impressed with Cat Utopia - it was worth every penny! The ladies there have been lovely right from our first enquiry and tour of the facilities. Our cats have previously stayed at another popular boutique cat boarding place in Sydney but I have to say Cat Utopia was world's better. The rooms are extremely spacious and full of natural light as well as being beautifully decorated. Lilly and Moses even had their own small outdoor patio attached to their room. I don't know how they do it, but Cat Utopia is squeaky clean and even smells lovely. Our cats came home relaxed and happy and were even given some small toys as gifts from Cat Utopia. We really enjoyed the photos we were sent of them relaxing in their room and exploring the jungle gym. From the stories the staff told us when we picked the cats up, it was obvious that they had gotten to know Lilly and Moses and understand their little quirks and that they genuinely cared about them. Highly recommend!

I wouldn't leave my precious Maxie anywhere else. Amanda and the Nannies have been looking after him, when I go away for years now.
It is always a pleasure to see Amanda and the girls and know that Maxie is being loved and cared for by people who love him.

Our first experience at Cat Utopia and it will be Alice's new holiday home. So impressed from when we first arrived to picking her up today. Alice came home all happy and well. Will certainly recommend this lovely facility to all my friends with cats.

The nannies at cat utopia have looked after our two cats many times, for both short and long stays. Their love and care for our animals is amazing and the extra attention provided to our senior cat is so appreciated. The facilities are very high quality, and they offer flexibility of food options and tailored services to suit our cats needs. The openness and transparency of the amenities really give us peace of mind that these ladies love what they do, and we know our cats are in safe hands. After hours pick up and drop off is a lifesaver! Our cats will never stay anywhere else!

Don' t know what has changed, maybe staff that were patient and cared for our cat have left, but certainly the last two stays for our older cat have not been great.
We trusted them again after they gave our cat too high a dose of insulin (insulin should be adjusted if a cat isn't eating well, and the "cat whisperers" at Cat Utopia know this) and she had to be rushed to their vet as a medical emergency. It is miraculous that she survived as their vet is a good 20 minute drive away, so very tricky in an emergency situation.
We have now been told our cats are no longer welcome. Apparently our 17 year old, diabetic cat causes the nannies no end of stress.
Really, you shouldn't talk yourself up and make statements about your "profound knowledge in the feline world and that you can help even the most difficult of cases.” - when from our experience, you couldn't
We are appalled at the way they have behaved.

I took my boy to Cat Utopia or his Holiday Home as I call it so I could enjoy my break knowing he was in the best hands possible. It was very hot when I left him and I knew I didn't need to worry about his well being. He had a pamper session in Sparkles Spa and when I picked him up he was happy and perfectly groomed. The staff are always helpful and have a genuine interest in your cat. I would never go anywhere else, in one word Cat Utopia and staff are Excellent.

What a find Cat Utopia has been! We've left our 14 year old Siamese with the girls for short- and long-term stays, and he clearly loves being there! The wonderful staff are always accommodating, even at short notice. We don't need to look anywhere else when looking for a comfortable, safe & happy place to give our little guy a break.

My 2 girls Ruby & Pearly will never stay anywhere else. An amazing resort with excellent facilities and exception staff. Well worth every dollar! Thank you Cat Utopia you definitely go above and beyond to make sure your guests are pampered to the max!
