I purchased a monitor from them, but on the same day, I realized it wasn't suitable for my needs. The very next day, I requested a return. However, they asked me for 15% of the product's value as a fee, which was really unjustified.

I purchased a gigabyte pcie5 board and it arrived with damage to a terminal and connector. I contacted the store, and they blamed me for improper handling and damage, even though you could see from my pictures the item had no cosmetic damage or other. I would not buy from this store again, better to source locally then perhaps trying to save a couple of dollars.

Absolutely recommend, Centre Com always has the parts in stock, their service and order dispatch for online sales is incredibly fast and all parts are neatly and very safely packaged. I recently ordered a M/B, CPU and Ram to complete my upgrades and received the order the next day to a small country town in SA that usually takes a week for a simple letter.
Will definitely be using Centre Com again.

I am a high level quadriplegic, and I purchased two Bluetooth headsets, because I am totally reliant on Bluetooth to connect me with my phone and my laptop. The headsets weren't appropriate, so I sent them back after having been told that they would only charge me 12% restocking fee. That was one month ago, and I still haven't been refunded. I have constantly emailed them, and now I am being totally ignored. Do not under any circumstances purchase anything from them.

This business has terrible customer service. I ordered an MSI Pro 27" monitor. After a week of usage the monitor developed lines down the left side of the screen and then started to just turn off. 3 weeks later I am still waiting for the replacement even after sending their faulty monitor back!

Do not buy from Centre Com. Their customer service is terrible. I bought a computer and had several issues with it and they refused to provide proper guidance, suggetion or even a proper instruction manual. Their emails were rude. Incidentially, it was a Lenovo laptop and they were equally unhelpful. Don't risk it, better to see the products yourself.
