I bought a new MSI laptop from these guys and I'm glad I did. Their price was irresistible, so I decided to take the risk, even after reading the reviews on this page. I decided to pay a little extra, about $20 for 'expedited shipping' as a sort of insurance policy.

I placed my order from Brisbane on a Wednesday evening. By 7.30 am the next morning I saw the order had been processed and I accessed a tracking number. I then saw it was delivered to Melbourne airport that evening. By Friday morning it had arrived at Brisbane airport and it was delivered to my address before lunchtime. Feasibly I could have received the item within 24 hours had I placed the order on the Thursday morning.

I was impressed. I got a great deal and the delivery was awesome for paying the extra $20. Well worth it because of the around $500 saving compared to other retailers. Will definitely shop there again next time.

Keep away. Do not recomend. Purchased during lockdown and Centre com refuse to return. i got consistent emails they would not accept return. Got a really hard tme and still stuck with product. Recommend you go to friendly store JB or HN. Really bad service and disappointed.

DONT EVER TRUST THEM THEY STOLE MY SDD DRIVE FROM MY COMPUTER WHILE IT WAS GETTING REPAIRED IN SUNSHINE AND THEN TRANSFEERED THE WINDOWS OVER TO THE SLOWER HDD DRIVE AND NOW BANNED ME FOR COMPLAINING . DO NOT GO THERE THEY ARE BIGTIME CROOKS.

Fairly disappointed.. bought some ram online, rather simple really.. turned out to be faulty.. ok that happens.. but what happens next doesn't.. when I contacted them to arrange warranty they responded confirming my details you know name address email that kind of thing... but only they provided me with another customers full details, full name, address email wow that's unprofessional..not to mention risky.. what with all the identity theft there days.. but it doesn't stop there... I finally get my replacement ram back and it's faulty again!... so I'm pretty unlucky now.. so I try to call centrecom, theyre not taking calls due to covid.. alright, so I email centrecom, 3 days go by.. Nothing.. so I email again.. 3 days go by... Nothing.. so I create a ticket on their website and in their first response I get told off for creating multiple tickets... Yeah ok... Well maybe if you didn't take more than 8 days to get back to people they wouldn't need to...

Terrible ordered a custom built system, delay after delay, excuse after excuse!

Their website says "Please Note: If the parts were in stock when you made the purchase they'll be allocated to you, even if the status changes to "sold out" later" yet they emailed me 8 days after the order was placed on said the item is sold out!! What the.....

Customer service is pathetic at best, misleading at worst!

4 Weeks Thus FAR AND NO PC, NO EMAIL WITH AN UPDATE JUST NOTHING

I would not even send my worse enemy to this company. Yesterday I phoned them and was placed on hold for 3 hrs and mins. If they can't answer a phone within an hour how bad is the rest of the business?

Absolutely abysmal customer service. My order was posted to the wrong address due to an issue with the Centre Com website and AusPost sent the package back to Centre Com after it being in transit for 10 days.

I tried to contact Centre Com and they blamed everything on me. They told me my only options were to pay $15 to get it reshipped to me or pay $15 for restocking. To which I decided both and when I tried to get someone to talk to me about it, everyone completely vanished and have left me with no other recourse to fix this issue.

One of the worst companies I've ever dealt with in my life and I will never ever buy anything wrong them again and I recommend that you do the same.

Please stay away from this store! They are not a company you can trust , they will avoid any cost if you come back for return or exchanges then they act very aggressive not very friendly . They lies about warranty , and blame on covid-19 to delay the replacement. They kept mine for more than two month without a single contact..im still in the dark and waiting . I took them to consumers affair ....let see how it turn out ...
Please stay away from them

they took my faulty product for more then two month without a phone call , email or assist me when i get my faulty replacement . Their games is its covid-19 bla bla bla

Order was placed 9th of may with 2 items on pre-order (total of 4 items in the order). Website states that items in stock are allocated to an order even if their status changes to "out of stock" at a later date. I find out almost 4 weeks later that none of my items were allocated, and now the one of the original pre-ordered items are in stock (and running low in stock), the original items that were in stock at the time of order are now sold out. When calling to enquire about this, their customer service team tells me that items held to an order are redistributed after 2 weeks so they can make sales on other orders. Absolutely selfish and poor customer service. At this rate my order would never be fulfilled because this there would be a never ending rotation of items being in and out of stock within my order.
Centre com, you should not be accepting a payment transaction if you're not going to honour it by allocating items in stock to orders that have been placed.
