Awesome! a chiropractor you must use. I have just recently started back into track and field training and have been having lower back problems from my sprint training. Every time I visit Paul, he knows what the problem is and works his magic and fixes it. He doesn't just do a 5 minute adjustment his appointments are longer and more thorough working through your whole body. I currently have regular adjustments which I would highly recommend, if you are into keeping fit and wanting to look after your body. It definitely keep my body good nick for my sprint training and Martial Arts training that I do now.
Thank you Paul for taking the time to get it right! After two treatments my lower back pain is already easing. I felt like Paul asked the right questions and found the real cause of my pain. I didn't feel rushed like I have in the past with other practitioners.
