I like Chemistworks because it stays open late, has play equipment for the kids and has a huge variety products. My only problem I've had is when my partner bought a mouth guard from Amart all sports (also in the same shopping centre) it made the beeper go off when we left the store, as a result we had to stand there for ages going through all of our things just to find out what set the beeper off. Talk about making a fuss! And then the manager came over to see what was going on, how embarrassing! My advice is to make sure you don't go in there if you've just bought something from another shop because they don't like that
I always try to go here because it is so much cheaper than other chemists. they have everything there also. It is a very organised chemist and even has a slide for the kids.
I needed to order a special product for myself, which 2 other chemist I deal with were not able source. I found the product on their website, phoned them to see if they could order it. They ordered it over the phone and rang me the next day to say it had arrived. I was happy to go and pay for it , prior to ordering, but they insisted to wait. Not may business would do this. I was more concerned that what I was ordering would be a one of, and not much use to any one else Well done
