This was the second time I've used Chiswick Plumbing for a blockage and both Adam & Steven were great. I was greatly disappointed when I asked Steven for a washer change in my bathroom and was shocked by the quote as he was already on sight. I would recommend for plumbing work.

Prompt service,friendly ,polite staff.I was quoted a number of options.I will consider the options in future,if kitchen taps need replacing.Michael is very capable,a pleasure to have him attend to my request for a quotation.

I called Chiswick to come out and fix a running toilet and the experience was great! The service provided by Michael from start to finish was highly professional. Timely, efficient, and did a great job cleaning up afterward. Thank you!

Nicholas arrived when I was told he would.
He carried out the work quickly and efficiently.
He overcame problems without fuss.
He was properly prepared to come in and out of the house without leaving a mark.
He was polite and courteous.
He left the place in a clean and tidy.

$4000 for 3 hour job outrageous! For Sunday fallout I fully expect a surcharge, but not 4K!
Followed up rate card with parent company for an explanation and Customer service is very poor on the phone and a bad representation of their company. There is no clarity in their quotations, and they will not tell you that there are other fees. Would not recommend.

We called Chiswick Plumbing to fix our hot water system which was not working. The technician came timely onsite however did not have the skills to fix the fault. On top of that, the expectation was to pay the service charges to show up which were about $178. This is ridiculous. Ended up paying $95 just for the technician to show up and tell us he is not qualified to fix it :(

The work done to repair the storm water block (October,2018) is extraordinary and I need to specially thank Mat Schokman, who did a very quality and high standard job
He is very helpful and kind
He needs a pay rise due to his excellent customer care and he knows what he is doing
