Lisa and her team were so lovely, very down to earth and unpretentious. I really felt like she listened to my concerns ( I had just had a disaster haircut that desperately needed fixing) and she was very reassuring that all was not lost, but also was honest in what she could and couldn't do which i really appreciated. There was also no hard sell of products like alot of places do these days, so it was nice and relaxing and they serve lovely T2 tea and a little lindt choccie as well! I have been to alot of hair salons, and i must say they really do go the extra mile here to make sure you leave happy. I would recommend them to anyone, and its nice that they have a reasonable price range and use organic products. Thanks guys for rescuing me!

I had a great experience with Charmaine. First we went through a consultation and she snipped a bit of my hair dry to see the look. She then washed my hair and gave a relaxing scalp massage in a massage chair.
I then was able to pick a beverage from their tea menu.
The entire staff of 3 were really nice and I'll def be going back again.

A friend of mine recommended the $69 deal from this site and decided to try it out since I needed my hair done before Melbourne Cup day in a few weeks.

I was greeted warmly by the girls at Cirque and the atmosphere and environment is just so relaxing. My hairdresser for the day, Charmaine, was patient and understanding and really took the time to explain the hair treatment process. She also gave me one of the better cuts I've had so far and would most certainly go back again to get the job done.

Both Lisa and Charmaine are great and if you're using the ($69) voucher, it's a real bargain.

Absolutely brilliant salon. Charmaine did my hair and lisa and another lovely young blond girl assisted and they were all such lovely girls. I have very long fine but thick hair and I wanted a very time consuming and complicated colour process called balyage on my very dark hair and they went to such an effort to make sure the result was perfect exactly as I had envisioned. After going to salon after salon and being told they can not do it these ladies did such an amazing job. They had delicious tea and choccies too. The service from all three girls was friendly, down to earth and genuine. The price was very reasonable especially considering the work that had to be done. This will be my HG salon! Thanks guys!

Made to feel welcome the moment I walked in the door. Charmaine spent time to discuss my hair and what I was hoping to achieve from the visit. Comfy massage chairs and excellent coffee and chocolates. Perfect.

Having recently relocated from interstate, I checked the reviews here before booking in to see Lisa. She is fantastic! She takes the time to listen to what you are after, and has managed my troublesome colour (after a botched chemical straightening) and given me a great on-trend super short crop. Exactly what I was after. Cannot recommend more!

I went for the first time for a cut and colour and had a very positive experience with Lisa. Not only was she a lovely person, but she was excellent at helping me decide on a new hairstyle and she took the time to make sure that I was happy with every step. I had complete confidence in her. Wonderful customer care all round - nice staff, cup of T2 tea and comfy chairs. I would definitely recommend this place.

I have been going here regularly for the last 6 months and I LOVE the service here. Lisa (my hair stylist) always gives supr supreme service, remembers me, is friendly, ethical and honest, full of useful advice if I have any questions. Does not try to push useless products on me, listens to what I want and always manages to understand what I'm asking for and proceeds to accomplish it every time.
